ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between OS SPORTSWEAR and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.ossportswear.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read before placing his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on our website is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have the full legal capacity, allowing it to engage under these general conditions of sale. OS SPORTSWEAR brand retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

ARTICLE 2. PRODUCTS

The products offered are those which appear on OS SPORTSWEAR website www.ossportswear.com within the limits of available stocks. OS SPORTSWEAR brand reserves the right to change the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description showing its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but we can’t guarantee that a device’s display of the colours exactly reflects those of our products

ARTICLE 3. PRICES

Product prices on the website include value added tax (VAT). Delivery rates are applied per order. The exact delivery rates depend on which country the package is delivered to.

Prices may vary across the stores : Conversion rates may be applied.

Price change : OS SPORTSWEAR reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without notice. Orders placed before a change cannot be changed at the revised price.

ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT TERMS

OS SPORTSWEAR offers customers various payment methods including cash on delivery, payment through credit card and debit card.
All online payments are securely processed through our partner Payzone.

ARTICLE 5. RETURNS

The buyer has 7 working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.

ARTICLE 6. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Delivery times are only indicative; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. OS SPORTSWEAR will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by Email. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. If the buyer is absent, he will receive a calling card from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered at the nearest branch. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of OS SPORTSWEAR.

ARTICLE 7. LIABILITY

OS SPORTSWEAR, in the distance selling process, is bound only by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

ARTICLE 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site www.ossportswear.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the OS SPORTSWEAR brand. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whats ever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual, or text.
